Friday, October 10, 2025 –Practice Session
12:00 – 4:00 – Athletes can bowl on our SPECTO Lanes to practice
Saturday, October 11, 2025 - (Qualifying – 5 games each squad) – moving each game
7:00 am – Doors open/ Check in for 8:00 squad
8:00 am – Announcements and National Anthem
8:10 am – 15 minutes of Practice
8:25 am – Start of competition – ALL SURFACE CHANGES MUST STOP!
*****Break to re-condition for 1:00 pm Squad
12:00 – Check in for 1:00 pm squad / ON SITE RE-ENTRY
1:00 – Announcements and National Anthem
1:10 - Practice
1:25 pm – Start of competition – ALL SURFACE CHANGES MUST STOP!
*****Break to re-condition for 6:00 Squad
5:00 –Check in for 6:00 Squad
6:00 - Announcements and National Anthem
6:10 – Practice
6:25 pm – Start of competition – ALL SURFACE CHANGES MUST STOP!
Announcements for Top 8 per division will be announced upon verification of scores of all squads and posted on VBYBI.com. Any bowler with multiple Top 8 finishes will take the highest finish for bracket seeding on Sunday.
Sunday, October 12, 2025 – Bracket Finals
7:30 – Doors open/Check in
8:30 – Announcements
8:45 – Practice
9:00 – Competition Begins – ALL SURFACE CHANGES MUST STOP!
Thomas Damon Double Elimination Bracket – Competition starts at 9:00 am
Each match will be 1 game – winner determined by total pin fall.
In each match, the higher seed will select their starting lane.
*In the event of a tie during match play bracket rounds, then a 9th and 10th frame roll off will determine the winner. This will continue until a winner is determined.
**If the final round does not have a 2nd loss for either bowler, a 1 game match will immediately follow to determine the winner.
***If any division has less than 8 bowlers in the Match Play brackets, an appropriate format based on field size will be determined by the Tournament Director.
